Refund Policy

Effective: July 30, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service

Per product

VPS — free cancellation within the first 2 hours after provisioning: the charge is returned to your Uno balance in full. After that, billing periods already started are not refunded; cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
Proxy traffic — purchased traffic is not refundable, but it does not expire: it stays on your account until used.
LLM API — usage is pay-per-request from your balance; completed requests are not refundable.
Hosting — the free tier costs nothing, so refunds do not apply.

Balance top-ups

Unused balance can be refunded on request to the original payment method where technically possible, minus payment-processor fees. Cryptocurrency top-ups are refunded in the same asset to an address you provide, minus network fees. Promotional or bonus credits are not refundable.

Our-fault failures

If a service was unusable due to a fault on our side, contact support — we credit affected time back to your balance case by case, and err on the generous side.

How to request

Write to hello@getuno.xyz or Telegram @get_uno_support from the account the payment was made on. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.
