Uno provides cloud infrastructure services, including virtual private servers (VPS), static hosting and deployments, an LLM API gateway, proxy services, and related products. Services are provided via the web dashboard and the API. We may add, change, or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid service you are actively using, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials (including API keys) secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, with or without notice depending on severity.
You retain all rights to data and content you place on the Services. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Services (e.g. storing and transmitting your data). Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
We aim for high availability but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and (b) Uno's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to Uno in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify and hold Uno harmless from third-party claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms or the AUP, legal requirements, or risk to the platform or other customers. After termination we may delete your data following a reasonable grace period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email/Telegram. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Legal notices to Uno must be sent to the mailing address or email above. Notices to you will be sent to the email or Telegram account associated with your account.
